How Quantum Mechanix began & what we stand for:

Quantum Mechanix pretty much started out of my garage and my customer base grew to where I could no longer handle the volume. Working a full-time job and coming home to work on my customers' vehicles became very taxing, which is when I decided to take my business to the next level. For years my customers, friends and family would tell me that I needed to open my own shop and I finally took their advice. So, here I am, 20 years later and a business owner. It was very frightening to take the plunge into business ownership but, it was totally worth the risk.

The way that Quantum Mechanix does business is completely different than other repair shops. 

I believe in long-term customer relationships. Many repair firms try to sell their customers everything under the hood on their first visit. Basically, they don't really care if they see that customer again, it is only about a large sale. We don't do that. I really hate going out to buy something and having a salesperson try to sell me something more. This is why at Quantum Mechanix we don't up-sell. If you come in for a single service, that is what we will do, if you want us to look the vehicle over, we can do that too, it is totally up to you, the customer.

Many people say that by owning a business you are your own boss but, this is not the case. The customer is your boss, after all, without customers you don't have a business. Many companies seem to forget this, we haven't. So next time you need your vehicle serviced or repaired try out Quantum Mechanix and experience the difference for yourself.
